• The application for participation in the tender shall be submit by the candidate in person or by his authorized representative. Deadline for submission of the application for participation – 14 days from the date of the notice publication.

• Deadline for submission of the application: 4 p.m. on October 25, 2023

• Deadline for receipt of tenders: 4 p.m. on November 10, 2023

 Eligible participants shall be legal persons registered under the Value Added Tax Act.

• Contract duration: 4 years: from 1st January 2024 to 01st January 2028

• At the explicit request of the Principal (if part of the Appendices), the tenderer shall provide a completed qualification questionnaire for compliance with the requirements of industrial safety, labour and environmental protection

• The validity period of tenders should be at least 90 days from the date of conducting the tender.
